Full Moon Group Reiki

Nourish yourself in the light of October’s full moon while relaxing deeply for a distance group reiki session. All you have to do is lay down and embrace deep relaxation nothing else is needed. You can even have your video off.

I will share insights on this full moon and the energies surrounding it prior to beginning. I will connect to the group’s subtle energies just as I do in an individual session and channel universal Reiki healing energy through my hands. I will work on areas that bring the deepest relaxation that are needed for the highest good of the group. Whether you are with me in person or in a distance session there is no difference as subtle energy isn’t confined to time and space.

You may experience a deep meditation or sleep during the group session. Have a notebook near by in case any insights come to you regarding something that’s been on your mind that has been seeking clarity.

After I have completed the session I will share any insights I received and pick a card from one of my beautiful nature-inspired decks to help with integrating the session.
