The fall equinox a time of grounding deeper, tending to our nervous systems as we prepare ourselves for rest in the winter. Join me for an hour of deep relaxation and release. I will focus the session on the root chakra grounding the group into the energy of mother earth.
Flow of Group Reiki Session
To begin I will guide us through a grounding visualization. Then I will begin group Reiki.
During the group Reiki session, my focus will be to bring deep relaxation to the nervous system.
After I have completed the session I will share any insights I received and pick a card from one of my beautiful nature-inspired decks to help with integrating the session.
About Group Distance Reiki
Although each full moon and season will bring up different themes in our lives, the aim of each group Reiki session is to support the restoration of our nervous systems. Once we are able to offer deep rest to our nervous systems we begin to emerge from being in constant fight or flight mode becoming more resilient and grounded in moments of stress. There are many ways to support the nervous system and Reiki is one of them.
I will share insights on each full moon or seasonal change and the energies surrounding it prior to the group Reiki session. I will connect to the group’s subtle energies just as I do in an individual session and channel universal Reiki healing energy through my hands. I will work on the energy centers [charkas] that bring the deepest relaxation and healing to the group. Whether you are with me in person or in a distance session there is no difference as subtle energy isn’t confined to time and space.
You may experience a deep meditation or sleep during the group session. Have a notebook nearby in case any insights come to you regarding something that’s been on your mind that has been seeking clarity.
